1. Aeration consists of double pass core aeration to help ease soil compaction and allow air, water and nutrients to reach the root zone.

2. Seeding consists of over seeding at a rate determined by the density of your lawn, with a blue tag certified seed (guaranteed to be 99.9% free of weeds) blend selected by Active Lawn Maintenance. At time of seeding customer will be provided with instructions on seed care. Please ensure to review and carefully follow these instructions. As Active Lawn Maintenance cannot control the environment or your watering and maintenance practices we are unable to guarantee seed germination
